Trying to sound intelligent

I have nothing witty to put here...clearly i am not doing a good job of sounding intelligent.

It's official...i'm a nerd. I just finished reading Atlas Shrugged, and now i'm reading the cliff notes to make sure i have the best understanding of the material possible. Someone, please, stop the insanity. Also...i'm convinced my dog understands the word "present". I took him outside to go potty...and i told him i had a present for him, and he bee lined it back inside and waited for me to get his present. Who knew my dog was so smart??

Thats right. Read another persons interpretation of what you just read so you can be sure that you think like someone else.

Thats not the Audra i know.

Ah, CliffsNotes. Those things are awesome, though one of my English teachers in high school would read through them, then ask questions the CliffsNotes didn't cover. Tricky.

And yes, it may be nerdy, but look where you went to school. We understand. Hell, I've been playing so much Tetris, I want to rearrange things when I go shopping. Straight lines!

I knew. But, I didn't want to tell you, in case you decided to use him as an evil super-genius and take over the entire dog world. But now you know.

I don't look at it as thinking like someone else. I like reading cliff notes because I like to hear what other people have to say. Just because someone says something doesn't mean i listen. I sometimes read republican commentary just for kicks, and i certainly don't believe what that says. Bottom line...i like hearing other peoples' points of view. Whether it be on books, movies, or politics. I feel the only way to make a fully informed opinion, is to hear all the opinions out there, and then figure one out for yourself.

Well, then! I have plenty of opinions on things, especially after a few beers. Sometimes informed, sometimes not!
