Oh man...what a day. Well, yesterday i had my oral inorganic exam. It went okay. i personally felt like a big moron, but dr. erwin said that i did very well. so hopefully he's right. So today i gave my final speech in speech class. It went okay i guess. I don't know really. Also, Dr. Miller had another blow up today. she stormed out of the classroom and said when we were ready to learn come get her. Well i got pissed and left because i'm not gonna sit there and let some prof berate me like that. Well after class i went up to her office and had a little chat with her. Interestingly enough she went back to the classroom and had a discussion with the students about why we were being so disruptive. But no one told her the real problem. So after she lectured me for a while about being professional, i told her that the biggest problem was it was difficult to remain attentive in her class b/c of her teaching style. She derives equations on the board for 50 minutes, and i love math just as much as the next guy...but geez! After watching that 50 minutes everyday for 10 weeks, it gets really boring!!! So hopefully she'll stop deriving and start showing us how to use this crap. Also today i got an IM spam and ended up spamming my whole IM list...and then i proceeded to get yelled at by everyone on my buddy list b/c obviously i'm too stupid to know when a friend sends me a real link and when they send a fake one. Oh well. Live and learn i guess. Overall, this is a pretty typical 9th week, and i'm all around in a bitchy mood. I did have my officer's meeting with Susan, and i told her the truth of the office, so that was fun. Hooray for beer! I also have an infection in my eye (haven't had one of those since i was a kid, ew) and my ears are sore b/c i slept on them funny last night. So this has all around been a very trying day. Tomorrow i have work and lab, so hopefully tomorrow will be a little bit better. Tomorrow we're blocking scenes for the musical and on thursday i get to practice my songs with the pit. So i feel like we're finally making progress on this show. The grand canyon isn't too far away, and i'll be there before you know it. Only 2 more weeks. I can do ANYTHING for 2 weeks. God be with me.
