Well, today is my first post, and as promised i should probably have a good story to go on it. So this afternoon i watched a movie called "Something to Talk About." It has Julia Roberts and Dennis Quaid in it, so i'm thinking "hey, this should be a good movie" Well, it was so riveting, that i fell asleep in the first 10 minutes of the movie. The most exciting part of the whole movie was the fake southern accent the 6-year old girl had. When she first opened her mouth, i thought she was being funny and then with horror i realized that was how she really was supposed to talk. The only thing worse than a southerner trying to talk like a yankee, is definitely a yankee trying to talk like a southerner. Speaking of southerner stuff, i sure could go for some sweet tea and pinto beans and cornbread tonight. Anyone out there making it? Mind if i come for dinner? Well, unfortunately i don't have any funny stories for today. However, there is a song that i would like to post. I really like this song, and unfortunately i don't have enough space on my profile so i'm going to put the all of the lyrics up here instead.
